It all started 20 years ago when, being an employee of a Deli, the desire to make something of my own was born. To achieve this, he started selling food on his own and after a while he managed to rent a space outside the premises, where he sold lunches.

Thanks to her efforts, the doors were opened for her to rent a space within the premises and expand her business, with a lot of uncertainty and only $250. Veronica takes on the challenge and opens the doors of what is today Tacos Veronica.

Her faith, vision, and desire to excel have given her success and have led her to grow. She currently has eight employees and plans to expand her business with a typical Mexican taco shop.
